About Us
The Farm
"Bein Hatlamim Farm is a registered non-profit organization established at the end of 2019 in the Pardes-Hana region to provide a suitable and fair employment framework for youth who have dropped out or are at risk of dropping out of school. This framework allows them to actively participate in their community, undergo a personal growth process, acquire tools for independence and capability, learn life skills and work norms, and, above all, gain options for their future.
Alongside this, the organization aims to create a community that seeks to be aware of what is happening around it, to take an active part in its surroundings, and to know where its food comes from, how it is grown, and who works to produce it."

Our Youth:
The young farmers at the farm have rediscovered themselves here.
For them, the farm is a meaningful setting where they can be a useful and positive part of society.
After leaving their formal frameworks they chose to come to work the land, learn about the world of agriculture, and create local produce for residents of Pardes Hannah and vicinity.
Our young men and women get up at 6:00 AM, in all kinds of weather, and go out to the fields to sow, plant, clean, and harvest for you our fresh, high-quality, and ecological vegetables.
We believe in the power of agriculture to change society, so we have created a special space for them that combines agriculture work with a sense of belonging.
These young individuals come to work at the farm three times a week. During the course of the workday, they learn values such as dependability, independence, work ethic, cooperation, social involvement, and mutual responsibility, while also earning a sense of belonging
